Blueberry or Raspberry Muffins     - Lanette Jorgensen
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mix together above,
then whisk together:
4 eggs
1tsp vanilla
2 cups sour cream
1 cup oil

Add to dry ingredients until just moist, then gently fold in 3 cups of blueberries or raspberries, ( fresh or frozen)
Put 2/3 full in paper-lined muffin pans.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
