Size
H (5.5 mm) hook
1.5 oz of Crochet kitchen cotton like Peaches and Cream
Gauge: 3 sts = 1"; 3 rows = 1"
(To
make the treble crochet (tr) do the following: YO twice, insert hook in
next sc. YO and pull up a loop (4 loops on hook),
(YO and draw
through
2 loops on hook) 3 times. PUSH the tr to the right side on cloth.)
Ch 25 (makes an
8" cloth)
Row 1
(Right side):
Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Ch 1 and turn.
Row 2: Sc in first
sc, (tr in next sc, sc in next st) across - ending with a sc in very
last stitch. Ch 1 and turn.
Row 3: Sc in each
stitch across row. Ch 1 and turn.
Repeat
rows 2 and 3
for 22 rows (or until cloth is size you like).
Sc in each st around, make 3 sc in each corner.
End off leaving 3" tail of yarn
Weave in all yarn ends.
