Chicken or Turkey Casserole This is a delicious way to use up leftovers from the holidays!
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and add:
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup salad dressing or mayonaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Put in 11" x 7" pan
Put 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese on
top and then sprinkle 2 cups crushed potato chops on top of cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
