Chocolate Ghost Suckers
Ingredients:
White Chocolate Chips
small chocolate chips or red hots
clean craft sticks

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.  Chocolate burns easily in the microwave, so if you use this method, be sure to stir the
chocolate often.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.  Place a craft stick on the cookie sheet and spoon the melted white chocolate over the end of it in a ghostly
shape.  Before the white chocolate cools, add two small chocolate chips or red hot candies to make eyes.  If you are making enough of these ghosts to
serve a school class, you will need roughly two pounds of white chocolate chips.
