Great Wheat Muffins

1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. pinto bean flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. molasses OR honey
3/4 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Combine dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and stir just until mixed. Fill muffin
tins (that have been sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating) 3/4 full.
Bake about 20 minutes at 425 degrees F., until delicately browned.
