Double Bed Leprosy Bandages

Standard gauge knitting machine with ribber attachment
Use fine needle bar
4 strands of cotton thread (36/2) or 1 strand crochet cotton thread

Use 30 stitches and 400 rows MT 4/3
Finished size is 4”x48”

Set Ribber Pitch to H, racking setting #5 for full needle rib knitting
Select needles 15-0-15 on mainbed
Select corresponding ribber needles
MT 0/0 knit zig-zag row and hang ribber cast on comb.
Set part buttons (MB left part, RB right part) and MT 1/1 and knit 2 circular rows.
Cancel part buttons and hang weights
Set MT to 4/3, set RC to 000
Knit to RC 400, end with COR
Set pitch to P and transfer stitches to MB and pull to E
BO 1^st stitch around 1 gate peg and BO remaining stitches around 2 gate pegs.

Weave in ends.
