Mexican Wedding Cookies
1 c. butter
1/2 cup powdered/confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter, add sugar; blend till smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Mixture will be stiff. Break off pieces
with tip of tsp and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400f for 10-12 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
