1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
15 oz can pumpkin
1 pkg yello cake mix
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Heat oven to 350 f. Grease and flour
10x15 inch bar pan. In large bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, and
pumpkin. Beat 1 min. at high speed. Add cake mix and
spice.
Blend until moistened. Beat 2 mins at high speed. Bake at
25-35
mins. Cool and frost.
