Tuna
Pineapple Salad
Ingredients:
1 can tuna (12 oz.)
1 c. diced celery
3 oz. crushed pineapple in juice
3 TBsp plain non-fat yogurt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. dried parsley
Directions:
In a bowl, mash tuna with fork and then
add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill for at least 2 hrs.
before serving. Delicious on crackers or in pita bread. Serves
